Destination Door County is challenging residents and visitors to raise $50,000 in donations for each state park friends group through a special parks challenge grant initiative. What a perfectly magical night for our 35th annual Candlelight Ski and Hike. The falling snow didn’t stop our guests from enjoying the best winter has to offer; skiing, hiking, warm fires, hot cocoa and cookies. With countless hours of planning, NWS volunteers showed up in force to get everything set up and ready for the evening. Park staff was on hand to help get things done.
