At their March 4, 2026 meeting, the Liberty Grove Town Board voted unanimously to adopt Resolution No. 1-26 To Support Dark Sky Initiatives in the Town of Liberty Grove. A copy of the full resolution is attached below.
This follows presentations by NWS Dark Sky Committee members Keith McKendry, Mark Glasser, Beth Bartoli, and Brian Grube to both the Town Board and its Technology Committee over the past few months.
We are so grateful for the enthusiastic reception and thoughtful commentary generated by members of both the LG Technology Committee and the LG Town Board. We look forward to working together to implement the outlined actions and goals of the resolution.
