NWS Volunteers: Improving the View at the Picnic Shelter

Over the course of several workday sessions this season, NWS volunteers have replaced the ‘foggy’ plexiglass windows at the park Picnic Shelter. Visitors will now enjoy a clear view of the lake and beach area.

These old, cloudy windows needed an update.
1) Tom Flatley and Larry Gales removing the frames from the old windows.
3) Larry Gales and Tom Flatley reframing the new plexiglass.
2) Cutting the new plexiglass to size.
4) Tom Flatley hanging the new, clear window.
